Maintenance Leader - Plant Equipment

• Lead all maintenance and engineering activities to ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective plant operations.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to support production and reliability goals.
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, including plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Provide engineering leadership for capital projects, plant modifications, and process improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Finance teams to achieve site‑specific objectives.
• Drive compliance with OSHA PSM, Mechanical Integrity, MOC, and environmental regulations.
• Use data, KPIs, and reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities and guide decision‑making.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities, protecting our people, communities, and customers.
• Drive operational excellence by improving asset reliability, reducing downtime, and optimizing maintenance and engineering processes.
• Lead and develop high‑performing maintenance and engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
• Support sustainable manufacturing by implementing projects that reduce energy usage, waste, and environmental impact.

Taylorsville, Mississippi – about an hour outside Jackson and Hattiesburg.

• Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably chemical manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or reliability functions.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, capital projects, and maintenance programs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Experience with OSHA PSM, Mechanical Integrity, MOC, and HAZOP processes.
• Familiarity with CMMS, predictive maintenance technologies, and reliability tools, SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and industry standards.
• Experience supporting sustainability or energy‑reduction initiatives.
