BreakiT Smash Rooms is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Host / Front of House (FoH) Team Member
.

As a Sales Host / FoH Team Member, you’ll play an important role in making sure every guest has an amazing experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and helping them select the perfect experience or event
• Completing customer transactions using our POS system
• Assisting guests with completing required waivers
• Providing and assisting guests with the proper safety equipment
• Training guests in Axe Throwing Mastery — don’t worry, we’ll train you!
• Preparing and organizing Smash Rooms and Paint Splatter Rooms for appointments and walk-ins
• Setting up and breaking down rooms for large company parties and special events, including occasional events outside normal operating hours
• Inspecting equipment and materials to ensure everything is clean, safe, and ready for use
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming Front of House
• Helping the team provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

• Is reliable, responsible, and dependable
• Is physically capable of performing the duties required for the position
• Is detail-oriented and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working with customers and providing excellent service
• Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
• Is willing to learn new skills and follow safety procedures
• Has a flexible schedule

Our schedule varies based on appointments, walk-ins, and special events.

Availability is needed for:

• Monday & Tuesday: Appointment-based events
• Wednesday–Sunday: Walk-ins and scheduled events
• Occasional after-hours events: Large groups, corporate events, and private parties

No prior experience is required! We will provide the training you need. We’re looking for the right person with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
