Job Summary
Provides patient care under direction, ensuring a compassionate relationship that promotes health and healing while respecting patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Collects patient data and assists in planning and implementing care.
- Evaluates care plans and administers prescribed medications.
- Provides patient education to individuals and groups.

- Completes assigned goals effectively.
- Minimum requirements include computer literacy, BLS certification, and licensure as an LPN.
