Job Posting
Responsible for maintaining the site's QMS/EMS, conducting internal audits, supporting customer/regulatory audits, managing controlled documentation, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with ISO and environmental requirements.
Site management Rep for QMS and EMS Policies.
Maintain Internal and external controlled documents and procedures
Conduct internal audits and Lead / Support external audits.
Lead evaluation of corrective actions with customers and suppliers.
Manage calibration programs.
Monitor ISO 9001, AS9120, and ISO 14001 compliance.
Maintain SDS and chemical lists.
Support environmental compliance and LEED initiatives.
Provide QMS/EMS training & monitor compliance to all training requirements for the Facility
Prepare and present annual Site management review and associated metrics
High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
Internal auditor training is preferred.
ISO document control experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS9120.
Warehouse/office environment; extended desk and typing time.
