Traditions in Pearl, MS is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician for our TRADITIONS division. You will serve as the on-the-floor QA eye, recording weight checks, monitoring critical control points of the HACCP plan, performing metal detection verifications, and helping ensure GMPs and SSOPs are followed.
