Provide daily direction to overnight Outfitters on the store floor, including sales floor replenishment and merchandise presentation;
Maintain visual presentation standards and planograms, and ensure proper signage and pricing;
Coordinate nightly replenishment from backstock and distribution centers, and support inventory checks with Inventory Control;
Assist in staffing and supervising associates, including interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance management;
Foster a positive, harassment-free work environment and ensure breaks are provided in accordance with regulations
