Water Technician

We’re looking for a Water Technician to join our Jackson, MS team!

• Starting pay is $16‑18/hour
• Opportunity for quarterly bonus
• This is a full‑time, permanent position that requires after‑hours and weekend work as needed

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Specialize in water damage from small‑scale to large‑scale flooding projects
• Learn about different types of drying equipment
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Assist with demolition and reconstruction
• Pre‑ and post‑construction clean‑up

• 1‑3 years experience working on Water Mitigation projects preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
• Must be on call for any after‑hours work that comes in
• Hard worker with attention to detail
• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
