Express Service Technician

Express Service Technician – Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi, D'Iberville, MS 39540.

We are seeking an experienced Express Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing efficient and high-quality service to our customers.

• Earn up to $80,000 per year
• Receive a $750.00 bonus after your first 90 days of employment and evaluation

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and provide recommendations for repairs
• Communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs and provide excellent customer service
• Complete all work orders accurately and efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an Express Service Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must submit to and successfully complete an MVR, background check, physical, and drug screen
