This position is contingent upon contract award.

Serves as senior mechanic providing expert troubleshooting, repair, and mentorship.

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines over 400 hp, heavy trucks, tactical vehicles, and expeditionary equipment.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to less experienced mechanics.
• Support maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and complex repair decisions.
• Document work performed in Fleet Focus or similar systems.
• Help maintain readiness, quality, and safety standards across the shop.

• Minimum 6 years experience or E7–E8 equivalent.
• ASE Master certification or equivalent.
• Full repair capability across equipment types.
• Clearance eligibility.

• Lead mechanic experience.
• CDL.
• NSW/SOF support experience.
