Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 (Base + Commission annually)

• Bumper and panel painting
• Spot panel blend and clear blend
• Paint touch‑up and chip repair
• Minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair
• Headlight reconditioning
• Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years automotive paint experience
• Willing to work in an on‑site mobile dealership environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
• Positive attitude

• Primarily performed in a garage or outdoor environment
• Team‑based work
• Fast‑paced work environment
• May be required to relocate to nearby job sites
