Roadside Technician Commercial Tires - Pearl, MS

The Roadside Technician position is an emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires and may spend their time performing roadside duties. When no service calls are pending, technicians help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform general duties as needed.

This position includes mandatory on‑call rotation. Technicians must respond to after‑hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high rate of acceptance. All after‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

• Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous Commercial Service Tire experience.

• Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform matching mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all safety policies and procedures.
