CDL-A Company Driver

Life on the Memphis Regional Fleet:

• Home weekly for your 34-hour reset, so you're never missing more than a few days at a time

• You'll be behind the wheel of a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth

What You'll Earn:

• Average weekly gross around $1,200 to $1,500, with mileage pay based on your experience
• Guaranteed minimum pay on shorter customer-to-customer loads, so short runs still pay fair
• Detention pay at $12.50 per hour after the first two hours, plus $100 per day if you're laid over or broken down
• The Drive to Thrive bonus adds up to 3 CPM based on safety and productivity, starting your first full month on the job
• A $3,000 sign-on bonus, split $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at 6 months

Requirements:

• 21 years old or older
• Valid driver's license in the US or territories for the last 12 consecutive months
• Current Class A CDL issued by only one state
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience (40ft+) in the last 36 months, or Extended Road Test eligibility with 6 months in the last 5 years or 12 months in the last 10
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no preventable accidents in 5 years, no more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years (5 if before holding CDL-A)
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug testing and DOT physical
