Job Title
Data Entry/Cost Control
LocationHouston, Pearland
Role PurposeAssist with data entry processes involving vendor and customer invoices.
Responsibilities- Perform data entry of vendor and customer invoice information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data.
- Support cost control activities by ensuring invoice records align with financial KPIs.
- Communicate with customers and U.S. teams to resolve invoice disputes.
- Follow up on invoice processing to meet operational deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong arithmetic skills.
- Good IT, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Problem‑solving and follow‑up skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Time‑management skills to meet financial and operational KPIs.
- Must live within commuting distance to the Houston office.
