QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma/GED

Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to work with the public; ability to deal with children; the ability to work with interruptions; ability to make good judgments and decisions; confidentiality
Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheet, etc.
Organizational and mathematical skills
Bilingual preferred

Experience:
Some experience working with school-aged children; possess public relations skills

EQUIPMENT USED:
Multi-line phone system; standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals

Mental Demands:
Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress
