We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Service Advisor to join our team! In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, helping them understand recommended services, building trust, and ensuring an excellent experience from start to finish.

- Review vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
- Prepare repair orders and explain services in a way customers can understand
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates
- Upsell services ethically based on customer needs
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Handle phone calls, appointments, and follow-ups
- Keep the service area organized and professional
- Experience in automotive service advising preferred
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual is a plus (but not required)
