Sprinkler Construction Superintendent - Data Centers

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Construction Superintendent - Data Center to oversee our construction projects. As a Construction Superintendent, you will ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, and will manage all aspects of the construction process from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• 5+ years of experience in construction management – sprinkler side
• 10+ years of fire alarm installation experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Assist Project Managers in all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion
• Manage all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Manage all field personnel for scheduling, training, and safety compliance

The role requires strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
