Calvary Baptist Pearland is a small but growing congregation south of Houston. We recently went through a revitalization process and have seen growth in our student ministry. We’re now searching for dual-role position of Student/Worship Pastor.
Worship Pastor- Biblically solid and spiritually qualified musician who loves Jesus
- Strong vocalist skilled in guitar and/or keyboard
- Some previous experience leading worship teams
- Ability to lead worship in a diversity of styles
- Appreciation for songs written throughout church history
- Desire to evangelize and minister
- Biblically solid and spiritually qualified person with a love for Jesus and students (6th-12th grade)
- Previous experience working with students
- Ability to organize, lead, and multiply volunteers for expansion of student ministry
- Create and implement plans for evangelistic efforts through student ministry
- Desire to evangelize and minister
