Calvary Baptist Pearland is seeking a dual-role Student/Worship Pastor to guide both worship and student ministries. The role emphasizes biblically grounded leadership, musical excellence on guitar/keyboard, and a heart for evangelism and student discipleship.
The candidate will lead worship teams, organize volunteers, and develop plans to grow the student ministry (6th–12th grade) through outreach and mentoring. On-site ministry with a community-focused church family.
