ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a team of seven who work together in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked in retail management, where I developed strong leadership skills and a passion for building high-performing teams.

I hold an M.B.A. from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and am married with a daughter. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active with sports, and getting outdoors whenever possible.

Community involvement is very important to me. I serve as a board member for Keep Pearland Beautiful, volunteer with Pearland FFA and the Houston Livestock Show, and am a member of the Pearland Lion’s Club. Giving back and staying connected with the community we serve is a big part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Tulloch - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
