As a Community Associate, you work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center. You provide administrative and support services so that customers can focus on running their business.
Typical day at IWGYou arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and that cleaners have completed their tasks.
Throughout the day you respond to a variety of customer requests: updating Wi‑Fi passwords, checking on package deliveries, directing guests, setting up projectors, handling printing services, opening service portal tickets, and billing inquiries.
You also take brief coffee breaks and manage incoming mail, sending email notifications about package pickup when necessary.
In the early afternoon you collaborate with the Community Manager to plan networking events, write e‑invites, create and post flyers, and recruit prospects to join the IWG community.
As the day closes you manage final customer interactions, facilitate wrap‑ups, and help keep the space tidy before leaving.
