Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well-known dental practice in Friendswood, TX to find a Dental Assistant. This is a full-time position paying $20-24/hour PLUS an average monthly bonus of $1,000.
Working hours:
- MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS: 7:30am – 5pm
- TUESDAYS: 7:30am – 3pm
- EVERY OTHER FRIDAY: 7:30am – 12pm
- Update and maintain client dental records
- Chart in Open Dental
- Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
- Take and process X-rays of patients
- Schedule patient appointments
- Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene
- High School Diploma
- Radiology certificate
- Previous dental assisting experience (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and an upbeat, positive personality
- Dentrix experience (preferred)
- Dental coverage for employee and family
