Director of Enrollment Management, Learning

Most admissions teams chase numbers. This role is designed to uphold alignment. Alpha is constructing one of the most rigorous school‑frameworks in operation. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, tech‑enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons shift toward deeper exploration, autonomy, and applied skill development. The model delivers results, but success depends on partnering with the right families.

This is your responsibility.

• Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial engagement through onboarding.
• Facilitating consultative conversations to assess alignment before proposing solutions or advising on next steps.
• Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, with transparent tracking and timely follow‑up.
• Guiding campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment discussions that articulate results, standards, and the intended audience for the model.
• Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (Hub Spot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

• Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
• Accepting families who do not align with the model solely to meet enrollment targets.
• Overseeing teams or working through complex organizational hierarchies.
• Handing off family experience ownership to other departments or individuals.
• Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus‑centered.

Design and deliver a selective, high‑integrity enrollment process that successfully enrolls well‑matched families while safeguarding the quality and outcomes of the Alpha educational model.

• 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence shapes brand perception (education, upscale hospitality, executive‑level support, exclusive memberships, or owner‑managed service businesses).
• Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through successful onboarding.
• Track record managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family accounts across multiple stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization method.
• Capacity to share specific instances of advisory decision‑making, including occasions when you counseled against your offering due to poor fit.
• Experience composing professional correspondence for senior leaders, high‑net‑worth clients, or discerning audiences.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations:
  Chicago, IL;
  Nashville, TN;
  Oklahoma City, OK;
  Tulsa, OK;
  Southlake, TX; or Houston, TX.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Experience with selective independent school admissions or enrollment in competitive programs.
• Background in upscale hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions.
• Experience designing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
• Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment quality, not merely velocity.

This is a full‑time, salaried, on‑campus position located in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, or Houston. Relocation assistance is provided. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
