Your role as a lead teacher will involve coordinating classroom operations, planning and delivering engaging educational and recreational activities, and working directly with children and families to provide exceptional care and service.

Qualifications include an associate or BA in early childhood education or related field, CDA credential, 1–2 years of prior experience in early childhood education, completed state-required pre-service training, strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues, ability to multitask and remain calm in busy environments, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and support child safety needs, and meeting background check requirements.

Compensation: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour.
