Job Title

Primary purpose:
Responsible for the development, implementation, training and support of the Skyward Student System to ensure compliance with applicable local policy, state and federal laws and regulations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, data analysis, mathematics, or a related field, preferred

Special Knowledge/

Skills:

• Knowledge of Skyward Student System
• Extensive knowledge of database, word processing and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft, preferred)
• Knowledge of Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create technical documentation and procedures
• Experience:
  
  Two (2) years minimum in technology related experience in training education staff
• Five (2) years minimum in technology support

  Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals
• Posture:
  Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting

• Lifting:
  Occasional light lifting and carrying (15-45 pounds)
• Environment:
  May work prolonged or irregular hours
• Mental Demands:
  Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress
