We are currently hiring and training for an exciting Part-Time Lead Position.

This unique role is meticulously designed for those who want the best of both worlds: the joy of teaching combined with hands-on training in entry-level center management.

• Team Leadership:Lead, coach, and mentor instructional staff to effectively deliver individualized instruction.
• Staff Development:Support employee growth by providing direct, on-the-job training to instructors.
• Student Management:Manage student learning progress, behavior, and engagement during sessions.
• Instruction:Teach and tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and tools.
• Parent Communication:Build relationships with families, communicate student progress, and answer questions.
• Sales & Enrollment:Respond promptly to incoming leads and successfully enroll new students.
• Director Support:Assist the Center Director with administering student assessments and building custom learning plans.

• Availability:Must be able to work a minimum schedule of Monday–Thursday 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM & Fridays 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM.

  Exceptional math skills through at least Pre-Calculus.
• Education Passion:A true love for working with students and a desire to cultivate teamwork.

• Tech Savvy:General proficiency in computer and software skills.
• Coachability:Eagerness to learn and implement new training methodologies.
• Employment Requirements:Pass a math literacy test, provide valid work authorization, and pass a criminal background check.
