If you're a hands-on validation engineer with experience in biomanufacturing, temperature mapping, calibration, or equipment/process validation
, this is a strong opportunity to step into a fast-moving, high-impact program.

Validation Engineer II - Onsite (Biomanufacturing)

  Houston, TX –
  100% Onsite (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM CST)
• Compensation: $60-$63/hour (W2 ONLY)
• Target Start:
  ASAP (goal: 2/16)
• Openings:
  Multiple (4 roles)

• Validation & Qualification
• Support validation activities for biomanufacturing processes, equipment, utilities, and systems
• Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ
  , temperature mapping, and calibration activities
• Execute approved validation protocols and support deviation resolution

• Data & Process Control
• Measure and evaluate instrument, equipment, and software performance
• Analyze data to confirm systems operate as intended and remain in control
• Support ongoing process monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives

• Biomanufacturing Support
• Establish and maintain methods to control validated manufacturing processes
• Ensure consistent, high-quality product output through compliant validation practices
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams

• Documentation & Compliance
• Document validation activities in accordance with GMP requirements
• Support audit readiness and inspection support
• Maintain accurate, clear, and compliant validation records

• 3-5 years of experience in Validation Engineering or a related role
• Experience in biomanufacturing, pharma, or regulated life sciences environments
• Exposure to temperature mapping, calibration, and equipment/process validation
• Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills
• Understanding of GMP-regulated manufacturing
• Ability to work 100% onsite and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
