Position: Financial Solutions Advisor - Registration Candidate - Central Houston Area

Job Description

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will obtain Securities Industry licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once licensed, you will be taught foundational skills to advise clients, build relationships, and guide them through their financial journeys. After achieving key milestones, you will work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care.

Success as a licensed FSA I typically leads to progression into Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you deepen client relationships within a portfolio of clients.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.

Bank of America is committed to an in‑office culture with specific office‑based attendance requirements, allowing appropriate flexibility based on role‑specific considerations.

This position is open for the entire market. If offered, you will train at one financial center and may begin in a phone‑based capacity until another location is determined that is within a reasonable commuting distance.

  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions.

Desired Qualifications
  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
  • Spanish speaking ability.
