Senior Small Business Relationship Banker - Pearland Silverlake Branch

Regions Bank -  - Responsibilities:
Achieve individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions' solutions for small business customers;
Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients;
Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM;
Educate customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products including loans and deposits;
Educate customers on digital banking offerings and services;
Provide a consistently excellent customer experience and handle day-to-day branch responsibilities when needed;
Own and resolve customer issues and refer complex needs to internal experts;
Support team development by sharing knowledge with junior bankers;
Follow bank processes and adhere to regulations and sound operating practices
