What You’ll Do & Bring

As a Pharmacy Technician
, you’ll play a key role in supporting the pharmacist and ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient medication services for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage patient and prescription data accurately in pharmacy systems
  • Prepare medications including counting, measuring, labeling, and packaging
  • Assist with insurance adjudication, prior authorizations, and refill requests
  • Support prescription processing and work directly with patients and providers
  • Handle transactions, collect payments, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records on prescription activity and inventory
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment
  • Identify and report safety risks, equipment issues, or compliance concerns
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active Registered Pharmacy Technician (Texas) and CPhT certification
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient care and safety
  • Preferred: Retail or pharmacy experience (1+ year)
