Training and Development Specialist

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, operations-driven organization is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to help build and scale its learning function. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to design programs from the ground up and support both corporate and field-based teams across multiple locations.

• Build and manage technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance training programs
• Create and facilitate in-person, virtual, and e-learning courses
• Partner with managers to assess training needs and map development plans
• Lead apprenticeship, rotational, and train-the-trainer initiatives
• Coordinate third-party training and certifications
• Maintain training records and manage the LMS
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs

• 3+ years of learning & development experience (HR-based preferred)
• Experience supporting operations or blue-collar work forces
• Proven ability to build training programs from scratch
• Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms
• Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus
