Human Resources Generalist (HRIS & Benefits Focus)?? Pearland, TX (In-Office)
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on HRIS data integrity and Benefits Administration. This role reports to the HR Manager and plays a key part in ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and a seamless employee experience from onboarding through ongoing employment.

Key Responsibilities HR Administration- Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data within HRIS (UKG Ready preferred)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
- Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit processes
- Support performance management processes and training coordination (LMS)
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and system updates
Draft employee communications and HR announcements - Serve as backup for timesheet processing
- Assist with unemployment claims and related documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Administer benefit programs and open enrollment in HRIS
- Communicate with benefit carriers and service providers
- Ensure payroll benefit deductions are accurate
- Maintain and audit benefit records
- Support 401(k) audit preparation
- Advise employees and managers on benefits and leave programs
- Bachelor's degree in HR preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on HR experience, including Benefits Administration and at least two additional HR disciplines (HRIS, employee relations, recruiting, payroll, performance management, etc.)
- Experience with UKG Ready or similar HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- High level of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
