Human Resources Manager

Tarvos Talent is working with a rapidly growing, operations-focused organization in the Pearland area that is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team. This is a highly visible role supporting organizational growth, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in employee relations, people leadership, and hands-on HR management, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.

• Lead and support core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and policy administration
• Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and organizational development
• Oversee HR operations, including benefits administration, reporting, and HR process improvements
• Manage and develop a small HR team while collaborating cross-functionally with safety, payroll, and operations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and workforce planning initiatives

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Prior people management experience with direct reports
• Strong employee relations background and ability to navigate complex situations
• Experience working in both structured organizations and more hands-on, growth-oriented environments
• Polished communication style with a collaborative yet accountable leadership approach
