The Senior Project Manager – Enterprise, helps foster a culture of project management and process improvement by managing cross-functional initiatives across the organization that deliver strategic value and scalable growth throughout the organization. Combines soft, analytical and project management skills to provide oversight to strategic projects. Demonstrates passion about project management and helps cultivate an environment with a sense of urgency, cultural commitment, and excitement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (equivalent experience includes 4+ years in a project management related role in addition to below experience requirements)
• 5+ years of experience in project management roles or directly managing/leading projects
• Experience supporting project assessments, root cause analysis, and deep dives on problem projects to get them back on track
• Experience in business process (re) design
• Solid knowledge of standard PMO practices, methodologies, project metrics and KPIs
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Share Point
• Proven exceptional organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
• Proven solid business acumen and financial acumen
• Proven to think broadly and strategically, including the ability to translate long-term goals and objectives into short-term tactical plans and operational activities
• Proven to collaborate and supports individuals and teams in process excellence, project management, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and value creation to drive toward outcomes

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
