Dover Corporation in Pearland, TX is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Lead who will coordinate daily production activities while actively performing machining duties. You will direct workflow, assign jobs, monitor priorities and ensure safety, efficiency and quality across the shift.
This onsite role runs 2:30pm–1:00am M–Th and requires leadership, hands-on CNC experience, and the ability to train lower-level machinists while maintaining records and collaborating with Supply Chain and Quality
