Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and engineering, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Pearland, TX

Pay Range: $16-24 DOE

Shift: Days (01:00-16:00)

What's the Job?

• Perform welding tasks in the manufacture of products to conform with specifications and certification requirements
• Weld production and prototype instrumentation piece parts using various welding processes such as TIG and MIG
• Operate program welding machines to weld production units
• Set up fixtures and lay out work for production and prototype parts
• Troubleshoot problem welding areas and ensure quality standards are met

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of related welding experience
• Must obtain and maintain welding qualification and certification per product requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Good communication and teamwork skills
