TPI Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Welder for a temp-to-hire role in Pearland, TX. The ideal candidate will perform welding tasks for production and prototypes using TIG and MIG processes, set up fixtures, and follow certification requirements including destructive and non-destructive testing.
Shift is 6am–4pm Mon–Thu with 1 hour lunch;
Fri 6am–10am. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. Candidates must pass the 1G open root test and may advance toward 6G proficiency; safety and continuous improvement are
