Wells is seeking a dependable Laborer to join our precast production team in a hands-on, physical role. You ll form, pour, finish, and handle concrete products, assist in placement, operate equipment, and keep the work area clean and safe.
The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, safety-minded, and a team player who can learn multiple production tasks and contribute to a productive crew. Previous construction or labor experience is a plus.
