Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN PRN Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities, on a PRN, contract and hourly basis.

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Educate patients and families about health management and wellness.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to different healthcare settings.
• CPR/BLS certification.
