Goodside Health is dedicated to providing in-person urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and School Med services for children in K-12 schools across Texas. Our mission is to revolutionize pediatric healthcare delivery, ensuring equitable access and quality care for all children.

We are seeking dynamic and innovative Nurse Practitioners, or Physician Assistants to join our Pediatric Urgent Care team. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with medical directors and site physicians to deliver age-appropriate care under established protocols. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment initiation, and independent decision-making.

  Experience:
  
  Preferred, with a strong background in fast-paced clinical settings.
• Pediatric Assessment & Treatment: At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant, with a focus on pediatric care.
• Urgent Care Procedures: Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid's elbow.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA and CLIA guidelines, office tasks, confidentiality, and filing systems.
• Licensing: Current, valid, unencumbered RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Certification: Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP-BC, FNP-BC) or NCCPA.
• PALS Certification: Current certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
