CoBridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse Delegator to join our growing team.

Important Note: This position requires travel, which will vary based on business needs. Mileage will be reimbursed.

As a Nurse Delegator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will delegate nursing tasks, provide clinical oversight, train staff, and manage medication services. You will also assist in coordinating and conducting assessments to ensure every resident has an accurate service plan tailored to their needs.

Delegates nursing tasks and provides clinical oversight. Trains and develops staff, ensuring compliance with care standards. Manages medication services and coordinates assessment activities to develop and maintain individualized service plans for residents.

• Active RN license in TX; additional licenses are a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to obtain an administrator’s license
