Adaptive Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes within the Texas LVN scope of practice. The role operates field-based in the Pearland area, reporting to the RN/clinical team and supported by advanced scheduling and AI-enabled charting tools.
Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday with some weekends as needed. Requires a current Texas LVN license, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel across the territory.
