Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

• Oversee the staffing and scheduling of nursing teams on weekends
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care and unit operations
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care and flow
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to improve their skills and performance
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement changes as necessary
