With an active real estate license, our comprehensive training will guide you through proven strategies. You'll learn to handle live tour requests from our partners, develop your own approaches, and establish a robust foundation for your business. Many of our agents close 2–3 escrows per month within their first 90 days, leveraging the tools and support we offer.

We begin with immersive onboarding. In your first 5 days, we focus on the essentials—converting leads, conducting effective buyer/seller consultations, and mastering contracts—so you're ready to start showing homes swiftly.

What we expect from you:

• Manage residential real estate transactions for buyers and sellers, guiding clients from start to finish while keeping them informed and supported throughout the process.
• Draft precise purchase and listing agreements, ensuring clean, complete documentation for every transaction to maintain progress.
• Assess homes and provide pricing recommendations, assisting sellers in listing their homes at optimal prices based on market conditions and property specifics.
• Maintain responsiveness and availability for your clients, staying in contact, answering questions promptly, and delivering exceptional service.
• Keep your CRM and systems updated with lead and client information, logging updates from Zillow and other partners to ensure nothing is missed and follow-up remains consistent.
