The Gripper Kitchen LLC. is a small business in Pearland, TX. We are located on 9517 Broadway Street 103. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. We are professional, innovative and fun. We Love to Treat the People Not Cheat The People.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for food and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. A successful candidate will have experience working in a commercial kitchen, be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills.

• Maintaining floor presence and hospitality with customers
• Securing orders for kitchen
• Cleaning tables
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
• Prep & Cook menu items following recipes.
• Maintaining a Clean work station.
• Exercising proper food storage by label, dating, and rotating food items.
• Taking Inventory when needed.
• Daily protein counts.
• Stock inventory
• Following Daily Kitchen Standards to Ensure all Guests are Served The Gripper Way and that’s overly satisfied.

• Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
• Knife Skills
• Can Read and Comprehend recipes
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail
