As a Kitchen Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work directly for an independent Owner/Operator and gain valuable life experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences and ensuring that all guests receive the signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
