Working in the deli department places you on the front lines of customer service—your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one.

• Maintain high-quality products and ensure they are available for members.
• Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete audits and required logs.
• Assist members with locating merchandise and providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.

• Minimum qualifications:
  
  Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Skills:
  
  Passion for stocking and customer service, member satisfaction focus, solution seeker, adaptable, curious and creative thinker.
• Preferred qualifications:
  
  Experience with freezer, cooler, and deli stocking; ability to operate equipment and follow food‑handling and cold‑chain procedures.
• Physical:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in refrigerated areas.
