Job Description

The Store Manager is both a people leader and business operator, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring the store performs operationally and financially. This role blends hands‑on service leadership, team development, and day‑to‑day business management, serving as the owner’s right hand in building a high‑performing, culture‑driven location.

Key Responsibilities Operations
  • Demonstrate high standards in customer service and professionalism
  • Own weekly and monthly performance metrics, proactively identifying action steps when goals are not being met
  • Meet financial targets including service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebooking, retail, and memberships
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily floor flow to support both client experience and labor efficiency
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure operational readiness at all times
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and product accuracy
  • Identify operational gaps, implement solutions, and communicate updates and needs to the owner in a timely manner
  • Help forecast sales, growth opportunities, and future staffing needs
Financial Management
  • Collaborate with the owner to develop and manage the store budget
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control
  • Implement strategies that support profitability and long‑term success
  • Understand how service mix, retail performance, and scheduling impact overall results
Client Experience
  • Oversee delivery of high‑quality services and ensure client satisfaction
  • Address client concerns with timely, thoughtful, and professional resolution
  • Maintain a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for clients and team members
  • Own the full client experience from beginning to end, including follow‑up, feedback review, and retention
Team Leadership, Training & Culture
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high‑performing esthetician and front bar team
  • Confidently conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews
  • Identify professional development needs and support growth plans for each team member
  • Ensure completion of all technical and product trainings and uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ service standards
  • Lead by example through personal service excellence, positivity, accountability, and teamwork
  • Set the tone for a supportive, respectful, and results‑driven store culture
Hands‑On Service & Floor Support
  • Perform services on guests as needed while balancing leadership responsibilities
  • Act as a technical resource to ensure consistency in consultations, protocols, and results
  • Support daily problem solving and maintain smooth team flow during shifts
Marketing & Community Engagement
  • Partner with the owner to execute local marketing strategies that attract and retain clients
  • Coordinate events, promotions, and collaborations to increase visibility in the Pearland community
  • Support social media presence and encourage team participation in brand awareness efforts
  • Participate in corporate communication and initiatives as needed
Position Requirements
  • Texas esthetics license required
  • 1+ year of leadership or management experience in a salon, spa, beauty, retail, or service environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of service sales, retail performance, rebooking, and memberships
  • Confidence in coaching, accountability conversations, and team development
  • Passion for skincare, client experience, and positive team culture
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and special events
Compensation

Salary + bonus structure + commissions + gratuities
