Overview

Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding in customer s purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.

• Verify prescription information and assist customers with purchasing decisions
• Complete lens and eyewear orders
• Support required activities in accordance with state regulations and licensing

• Hourly Wage: $19.50 - $27.50 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location)
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
