Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory. Merchandisers stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within the territory. They report to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned. Merchandisers use a personal vehicle to travel between stores;

products are delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with a programmed app is provided to clock in/out for shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at assigned retailers.
• Maintain visibility and proper placement of products according to planograms.
• Report to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and cover routes as needed.
• Travel between stores within the territory using a personal vehicle; product delivery is handled by the stores.
• Use the provided company app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You work well independently on assigned tasks and enjoy interacting with people  stay active and are comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products during your shift. Pride in your work and attention to detail are important qualities.

Full-time shift from 6:30 am until work is finished, 5 scheduled shifts per week. Weekends required (days off fall during the week). Flexible schedule.

Pay starting at $19.42 per hour. The rate increases to $20.49 per hour in the quarter after the 6-month anniversary. Benefits, subject to eligibility:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
