Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Locate and package online orders for pickup or delivery.

• Verify accuracy of items and resolve discrepancies.

• Make product substitutions when necessary and communicate with customers.

• Assist in dispensing orders and engaging customers in conversation.

• Maintain a fast‑paced work environment across departments, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and premiums up to $3.00 per hour.
